Guide FlyFishing Limited operates the warranty and repairs in the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland on behalf of Vision.

Vision Guarantee Coverage

In the case of breakage, for whatever reason, your Vision rod will be repaired or replaced with the nearest current model during the first five years after purchase. This applies only to the original owner and it is given in addition to your statutory rights. A repair handling fee is applicable for all claims under the guarantee. Prices are shown below.

For Manufacturing Defects

If you think your product may be at fault, please contact our customer service team below. All manufacturing defects are covered for a repair or replacement at no cost. The product may need to be returned for assessment to determine the fault prior to eligibility.

*To enable Guide Fly Fishing to deal with your repair under the terms of these guarantees, items must have been purchase from a UK Authorised dealer and you must provide a fully completed warranty card or proof of purchase.
