Hopper wading boots are the lightest in Vision's range and, therefore, great for travelling anglers. Constructed from robust nylon material, these boots are built to withstand the rigours of any fishing adventure. They are further reinforced with a raised rubber bumper, providing added durability and protection. Putting on the Hopper boots is a breeze, thanks to their wide opening, allowing for easy entry. The nylon lace loops securely hold the laces in place while you tighten them to achieve a secure fit. The high design of the boots, combined with neoprene cushioning, offers maximum comfort and support during long hours on the water. For optimal stability, the felt sole is stitched through to the upper part of the shoe, ensuring a secure and firm connection.

Felt has traditionally been the outsole material in wading shoes. Even though it looks boringly flat, it still gives you, in most wading conditions, the best grip underwater due to the high friction it offers. Once in the water, the felt swells up and grips sand and gravel better, providing fantastic traction on incredibly slick surfaces and slippery rocks covered in moss & algae.
